The Full Course

Our state of well-being is defined as the experience of health, happiness and prosperity. It includes having good mental health, high life satisfaction and a sense of meaning or purpose, and ability to manage stress. The unpredictability we face in the global environment can negatively impact on our wellbeing, our joy, our happiness and our quality of life.
